A: Yes, but thaw and pat them dry first to avoid a soggy stir-fry.

Q: How do I avoid overcooking the vegetables?

Q: Is this recipe gluten-free?
A: It can be! Just make sure to use gluten-free soy sauce or tamari.

Q: Can I make the sauce in advance?
A: Definitely. Mix the stir-fry sauce and refrigerate for up to 5 days — just shake or stir before using.

Q: What’s the best oil for stir-frying?
