- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 large eggs separated
- ¼ cup granulated sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons hazelnut spread like Nutella
- Pinch of salt
- Optional toppings: toasted hazelnuts chocolate shavings, whipped cream, cocoa powder
Combine Ingredients
Fold the chocolate mixture into the egg yolk mixture gently.
Fold in the whipped cream until partially incorporated.
