Ingredients

  • For the Smoothie
  • 2 cups orange juice (freshly squeezed preferred)
  • 1 1/2 cups vanilla yogurt (Greek or regular)
  • 1 1/2 cups frozen mango chunks (or frozen peaches/pineapple)
  • 1 medium banana (ripe, frozen for creaminess)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1–2 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional, to taste)
  • 1 cup ice cubes (optional, for thicker texture)
  • For Decoration (Optional, for Jack-O’-Lantern Look)
  • Clear plastic or glass cups
  • Black permanent marker or black paper stickers (for jack-o’-lantern faces)
  • Whipped cream (for topping, optional)

Instructions

  • Step 1: Decorate the Cups: Using a marker or stickers, draw jack-o’-lantern faces on the outside of clear cups or glasses. Set them aside to dry if using marker.
  • Step 2: Blend the Smoothie: Add orange juice, yogurt, frozen mango, banana, vanilla extract, and honey to a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. If you prefer a thicker texture, add ice cubes and blend again.
  • Step 3: Assemble: Pour the smoothie into the decorated jack-o’-lantern cups. Top with whipped cream if desired, to mimic a pumpkin’s “lid.”
