Step 1: Prepare the Chicken : Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C) (or preheat oil if frying). Season chicken pieces with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Dredge each piece in flour, dip in beaten eggs, and coat with breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan.
Step 2: Cook the Chicken : Option 1 (Fry): Heat oil in a skillet and fry chicken until golden brown on both sides (about 3 minutes per side). Option 2 (Bake): Arrange chicken on a parchment-lined tray, spray with oil, and bake for 15–18 minutes, flipping halfway.
Step 3: Prepare the Sliders : Slice the slider buns horizontally (keeping tops and bottoms connected). Place the bottom halves in a greased baking dish. Spread a thin layer of marinara sauce over the buns. Place cooked chicken pieces on top.
Step 4: Add Sauce and Cheese : Spoon a little more marinara over each chicken piece. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella and Parmesan evenly.
Step 5: Add the Top Buns : Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese layer. Brush tops with melted butter mixed with Italian seasoning and garlic powder.
Step 6: Bake : Cover with foil and bake at 375°F (190°C) for 10 minutes. Remove foil and bake another 5 minutes until cheese is melted and tops are golden.
Step 7: Serve : Remove from oven, let cool slightly, sprinkle with parsley, and serve warm.
